The Project
Dao Foods focuses on developing ecosystems and promoting entrepreneurship in alternative proteins in China, supporting food system transformation in one of the world’s most challenging and critical protein markets. They came to us with a desire to more strongly visually communicate their impact and mission.
Our Approach
We worked with Dao Foods to understand their story and figure out how to communicate the importance of their work to stakeholders. The scale of their impact is so large, and the challenges are so intricate, using visual design to help users digest this information was imperative to communicating their message.
Illustrations
We created an illustrated infographic to visually showcase how their ecosystem building program works to create change in China.
Infographics
In addition to the ecosystem building illustration, we also provided other infographics as a one-page resource to explain the context and scale of their impact.
Website Design
We expanded these illustrations, infographics, and brand enhancements to their website. We created a modern and compelling layout that is inviting to explore, and serves as a place for Dao Foods to show off their innovative entrepreneurs’ work as well as share details on their impact and strategy.
